Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Scandinavia & Nordic countries: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount – check the checkout for current thresholds.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
